Montre D'or 1-Month Warranty Terms and Conditions

All watches sold here at Montre D’or are entitled to a one-month warranty service. The warranty covers non-user related damages to the inner movement of the watch and damages that are at our fault or were not mentioned in the listing description or images.


In order to initiate a warranty claim, message us on Instagram @montre.dor or send us an email at montre.dor22@gmail.com with details of the issue with the watch and a proof of purchase. Do include the warranty card which is provided in all sales.


User inflicted damaged are not covered by this warranty. Such damages include and are not limited to: Accuracy of the watch (unless in extreme cases), impermeability (both for damage caused by water or by sweat), wear and tear of the wristband and regular wear and tear (scratches to body, glass, wristband, unprotected gems or other ornaments) as well as breaking/loss of the glass, winding stem, winding crown, spring, buttons and pushers; also excluded is damage caused by falling/ bumping of the watch, or through the presence of dirt or dampness in the watch.


The warranty elapses as soon as the customer or a third party attempts to repair the watch independently. In that case, there cannot be any reimbursement for maintenance or repair.
