7-Day Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy covering all our watches sold on our website to provide peace of mind to all our clients.
Clients can return their watch within 7 days of receiving it as long as it meets the criteria stated below.
To be eligible for a return, we require the item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn and unused, with tags and its original packaging. Furthermore, a proof of purchase or warranty card is needed.
To start a return, simply contact us at montre.dor22@gmail.com within 7 days upon receiving the watch and include the reason for return and images to support your claim.
For returns on damaged watches, do consider utilising our one month warranty. Otherwise damage must be on our end. Damages such as scratches or water damage caused by the user are not valid reasons to initiate a refund and request will be denied. If the watch is deemed faulty due to our end we will reimburse the shipping costs no matter the location. Otherwise, return shipping costs will have to be covered by the customer.
Invalid reasons for return:
- Water damage caused by user
- Watch returned for a defect that was clearly listed in the listing description
- Watches with visible signs of wear
(i.e. Scratches, dirt, sweat and other body fluids)
- Watches with damaged/missing packaging
- Watches returned for personal reasons unrelated to the watch (To avoid abuse of Return Policy)
