Up for sale is an extremely rare solid gold mixte cased IWC Calatrava reference 709A, with less than 3 known models up for sale. Its interesting mixte case comes from IWC giving it a solid 14k yellow gold case while having a stainless steel caseback, allowing for collectors to enjoy a solid gold watch without spending several hundreds more.

Not to mention inside would be the reliable C.8531 Pellaton automatic winding movement, made with extreme attention to detail with pearlage finishing in parts of the watch only a watchmaker would see. The movement comes freshly serviced in June 2025 by our professional watchmaker and runs at an excellent rate with the timegrapher reading shown above. All in all a truly remarkable piece, the perfect fit for the more distinguished collectors.
