Up for sale here is a fine example of IWC's perfect vintage dress watch, the R810AD.

Coming with its original guarantee booklet and booklet sleeve from its date of purchase. A highly collectible set in immaculate condition.

Starting with the dial, for a watch of its age the stunning silver sunburst dial comes in an immaculate condition. With its crisp wording in the middle and the sharp polished steel hands reflecting brilliantly in the light. All coming together with the beautiful applied polish hour indices and raised circle minute markers along the edge of the dial.

Moving on to the case, the case comes in immaculate condition having been polished by a professional watchmaker. Maintaining all its sharp edges and scattering light in a stunning way. This comes with IWC's iconic fish logo on the crown, meant to indicate the use of a waterproof gasket inside the watch which upheld waterproofing standards of its time.

Turning the watch over would reveal a simple yet elegant mix of mirror polish and straight brushing. Opening up the case one would notice the case serial number which matches perfectly with that indicated in the guarantee booklet, proving its originality.

Inside the watch would be IWC's signature

C.8541 automatic movement. With its beautifully pearlage brushing that can't be seen unless you're a watchmaker, showcasing IWC's dedication to luxury even at places you won't even see. The movement comes freshly serviced by a professional watchmaker in early November 2024 and runs at an excellent +3.0s/day, which is extremely accurate for a watch of its age.

As an added bonus, it comes with its original IWC signed stainless steel buckle on a beautiful aftermarket black crocodile leather strap.
